1. There
are too many astoundingly beautiful things around us that could not have
happened by chance. A logical explanation must be that those things had to
have come from a Creator. I believe we and others in the universe, if there
are others elsewhere beyond Earth, were created to eliminate God’s isolation
and for God to share with us those beautiful things in the hope that we will
be grateful for having them in our lives. I believe our existence is a
process by which all that we do is for the purpose of expanding our knowledge
and to bring us closer to God. |
I also believe that in order to be
worthy of eternal life after our bodies die, every thought, word and act that
improves the condition of all that exists, even in some infinitesimally small
way, makes valid what I believe God’s intention for us is and the weight of
our good acts have equal weight in happiness when we enter into what is
commonly called Heaven. For us to be unworthy, our thoughts, words or actions
that worsen any part of existence contradict God’s intention for having
created us and we will not be allowed eternal life. I believe God created me
and my soul out of pure love and that my soul will live on happily forever in
God’s presence providing that I prove myself worthy. |
